  • Your referral should have a solid work history & skills or interests in warehouse, production,  distribution, logistics, clerical/data entry/office work, customer service, etc.

Eligibility: Referrals are only valid if submitted by a current or former Logic Staffing employee, or by an employee of a Logic Staffing customer.

Payment Terms: Referral Bonuses are paid out when

  • Your referral gets hired AND
  • Your referral works at least 80 hours

Placement: If a referral is hired, they will be placed on a job assignment based on their location and availability and may not be placed on the same assignment as the person who made the referral.
