Position: Warehouse Team Lead  

Location: Greer, SC  

Pay: $24/hour  

Experience:

1. Previous warehouse and leadership experience.
2. Ability to operate a reach truck and forklift.

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Wendesday - Friday, 6:00pm to 6:00am 

Logic Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented leader to support night-shift operations at a warehouse. In this role, you’ll train new associates, keep productivity on track, and make sure equipment, inventory, and outgoing shipments meet company standards. If you’re comfortable on a forklift and reach truck, sharp with paperwork, and enjoy helping others succeed, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role.

Job Description: 

1. Train all new associates on work processes and equipment, ensuring procedures are followed and understood.
2. Provide detailed performance feedback to associates, partnering with management when performance falls below company expectations.
3. Monitor work performance and productivity, alerting management to any changes that could affect daily output and BMW productivity targets.
4. Regularly inspect equipment for shortages or damage and report findings to management for quick resolution.
5. Check all outgoing stock to confirm it is in good condition and that all documents are accurately signed.
6. Ensure stock inventory is completed on time and matches stock balances to prevent mix-ups.
7. Follow company policies and consult with management on any associate-related issues.

Position Requirements: 

1. Strong computer skills.
2. Ability to operate a reach truck and forklift.
3. Close attention to detail to manage the large volume of paperwork.
4. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. 
5. Must have reliable transportation. 
6. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
7. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
