Forklift Operator & Warehouse Associate - $20/hour + Weekly Pay!

Position: Forklift Operator & Warehouse Associate 

Location: Greer, SC 

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Previous forklift experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm

 

Logic Staffing is seeking a Forklift Operator & Warehouse Associate to join our team! Join a dynamic 3PL team that handles a wide variety of freight, including automotive parts, industrial goods, and mixed cargo. If you enjoy a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day brings something different, this could be the perfect fit for you! 

 

Job Description: 

  1. Open crates and other containers using hand tools to unpack items received. Inspect shipments for damage and defects. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack.
  2. Handle packing, sorting, and labeling products.
  3. Assist with order picking using an RF scanner.
  4. Sort and store items according to established procedures.
  5. Maintain computerized inventory records, take physical counts periodically, and check against inventory control totals using a computer.
  6. Maintain custody receipts for items being repaired and loaned out temporarily.
  7. Read and fill requisitions for stock items. Verify accuracy

 

Position Requirements: 

  1. Previous forklift experience is required.
  2. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. 
  3. Must have reliable transportation. 
  4. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
  5. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
